We don’t like too many rules because they’re a bit boring, but this is what you need to know:

  • Stay dates between October 4th and December 17th 2026 just not Melbourne Cup weekend……. but that’s fair!)
  • Deposit – 1st night payable at the time of booking
  • Members only – but you can just join on the way through!
  • If you can’t make it, we get it, things change. You just need to let us know 48 hours before
  • Additional fees apply if requesting specific units, tents or sites
  • Available on all accommodation categories
  • No further discounts apply
