DRIFTWOOD ON NOBLE is an area at the back of the BIG4 Anglesea
Holiday Park. Driftwood on Noble consists of 44 re-locatable homes which are
owned either by retirees or Holiday Makers.
No land is transferred with the
sale. An agreement between the landowner (Driftwood on Noble management) and
the vendor (of the dwelling) is entered into prior to settlement and then
renewed each year by the 1st of September. This agreement clearly
sets out what is expected of both parties. It is important to note that
Driftwood on Noble management does not allow the sub letting of your home. It
is for the use of yourselves, family and friends however is not to be viewed as
an investment property where by an income can be derived. A copy of this can be obtained from the office. A frequently asked
